I had never been to a Chiropractor before and I was terrified before my first appointment. Within a few minutes of my initial consultation I knew that I had made the right decision. Richard put me at ease immediately and he pinpointed the problem with such clear explanations that I had complete confidence in him. After each appointment I felt so much better. My posture has improved and I can now walk and live my life without constant pain. I just wish that I had made an appointment months ago.

I have Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) Disorder which is very painful.
I have been receiving treatment from Dr Richard Riding for the last few months which has been very successful.
I now have very little pain and my jaw has now almost stopped cracking when moving or eating.
I recommend this treatment excellent service and a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

Had back trouble for a long time now. My job is physical and things had built up over time. Went to my doctor who was no help at all so went to see Dr Ridings. Very knowledgeable and seemed know what the problem was and how he could help.
I started treatment and noticed an instant improvement. It has taken time to fully resolve the problem but after a few months have no back problems at all. Almost can't believe where I am now to where I was. I can't recommend highly enough. Dr Ridings is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

I had been suffering with neck, shoulder and head pain for quite some years and having taken so much medication I just got so desperate one day I thought enough is enough. That's when I went on line and found Richard at Purity Clinic dudley, I made the call and i haven't looked back since. I have reduced the medication and i feel so much like my old self. Excellent service! I have suffered with my back for 12 years and seen many chiropractors. with Richard I feel he really wanted to get to the root of the problem which he has, now it is just a matter of maintaining my back rather than getting me out of severe pain. Too early to comment on effectiveness of treatment, but having just returned from an initial consultation, I can say without hesitation that William Richard Ridings is a complete professional.
It is my wife that is receiving treatment (I merely tagged along), but we both agreed that Dr/Mr Ridings delivered a clear, concise, and well informative consultation. Through this effective consultation, we are confident that follow up treatment will definitely help with my wife's ailment.
Edit: 3 sessions in and my wife is feeling a brilliant sense of freedom with her back. Restricted mobility issues virtually eradicated. It may sound too good to be true, but the treatment is working 👍

"Over 30 years ago I had undiagnosed twins, they were nearly 10 months old when I went paralysed from the waist down with terrible back pain. I was rushed into hospital to be to told that the back twin had damaged my spine, I had an operation to try to put things right. I have had years of pain and visited many hospitals for physiotherapy and visited physio's privately, there were times when I was in so much pain they couldn't even touch me, all they could do was put me under a warm blanket.
In October 2008 I met Richard and had never had treatment from a chiropractor before. I had heard many tales about them twisting you in all directions and was very apprehensive! I needn't have worried, he was very thorough about my condition and checked with my doctor when required! As the weeks past the pain I had suffered for years began to ease. I couldn't believe it. (My great friends who were already with Richard did not recognise me as I was helped in) After just one session with the chiropractor I was able to move more freely and my progress was so marked that by Christmas I could walk unaided and the pain was greatly reduced.
